FAQ

  • The best test: swing a driver in your space and see if you have the clearance. We recommend a minimum room footprint of 13 feet x 16 feet and a minimum room height of 9 feet. It's important to note that various golf simulator components, including launch monitors, may have different space requirements. Acknowledging that each project space is unique to each user, if you can swing a club - we can probably put a sim in it!

  • Designing a golf simulator room involves considering several factors. If you plan to use the space for home theatre or spectator seating, or require space for both left and right-handed golfers, additional space may be necessary. For golfers, a minimum of 7 feet is required from the hitting area to the wall behind to ensure safe swinging with a driver. A larger space is recommended to avoid feeling cramped. Moreover, any netting or screen should be positioned 16 inches off the back wall to absorb the ball's impact safely. Finally, the teeing area should be at least 8 feet away from the screen, but preferably 10-12 feet.
