If you’re planning to include a home theater, spectator seating, or need to accommodate both left- and right-handed golfers, you may require additional room. For optimal results, aim for a space that is at least 15 feet wide and 15 feet long, though a length of 25 to 30 feet is preferable to prevent the area from feeling cramped and to maintain safety. While a ceiling height of 9 feet can work, a height of 10 feet is ideal. A larger space is always recommended to enhance safety and provide a more open atmosphere. Additionally, any netting or impact screen should be installed 12 to 16 inches from the back wall to safely absorb the ball's impact. The teeing area should be positioned at least 8 feet from the screen, with 9 to 10 feet being the optimal distance.

  • Yes, and it is awesome! Our custom screens are made of high-quality material and are made to project images at a high resolution. Of course, the quality of projector that you choose is also a factor in the quality of image that you will get. It is also important to consider the desired size ratio of the image in your space. Again, we can guide you further.

  • For the systems we deploy, we do not require anything other than a genuine golf ball, which offers optimal feedback and results. We can help guide you through the options available.

  • Since our simulators are custom designed and built, we may have to order materials from outside Canada. Some might arrive within days, other components may take more time. You should plan for a minimum of four to six weeks for delivery.

  • Our preference is to be involved in the project as early as possible, ideally before the floor plans are drawn up. Nevertheless, we have extensive experience in designing and crafting remarkable spaces and are capable of collaborating closely with your architect and builder.

  • Absolutely! We know this world quite well, and we speak their language. SimCaddy will provide them with plans and drawings for your room and we will act as a liaison for you for your game room.

  • Definitely! Whether you're constructing or renovating the room, we're able to design it from scratch or work with the existing space. Our pricing covers the creation of plans and room layouts.
