SimCaddy helps golfers, homeowners and businesses across Canada plan complete golf simulator systems around their space, goals and budget.
You work directly with founder Tom Murray throughout the process. From the first room measurements through product selection, technical design and installation planning, the focus is on making informed decisions and creating a system that works properly as a whole.
Meet the Founder
My name is Tom Murray, founder of SimCaddy. I am an avid golfer, a longtime golf simulator owner and an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®). SimCaddy brings together my passion for golf and my professional experience in audiovisual integration to help customers across Canada create golf simulators they love using.
As a partner with Backman Vidcom in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I bring more than 15 years of professional AV experience to every project. That background, combined with years of using and testing simulator technology myself, helps me understand what makes a system perform well in everyday use.
When you work with SimCaddy, you work directly with me. You have someone who takes the time to understand your project, explain your options and help you move forward with confidence.

My own simulator has evolved over years of regular use, testing and improvement. Alongside my work with residential and commercial customers, that experience informs the guidance I provide today.
